Teaching Phonetics Course

Teaching Phonetics instructs trainers in the art of pronunciation since phonetics is the study of speech sounds and the science behind them. The candidate taking this course will not only be able to instruct pupils on good enunciation, but will also be able to polish their own abilities in these areas. This is a crucial part of the curriculum because an ESL trainer needs to have perfect pronunciation and enunciation skills.

Curriculum

The curriculum is divided into 4 parts

The difference between phonology and phonetics is thoroughly explained to the candidate. The curriculum is divided into four sections, each of which covers a different aspect of pronunciation. The trainer receives instruction on how to teach students the proper pronunciation, articulation, vowels, consonants, and organs of speech. Stress and intonation, as well as weak and powerful types of speech, are other topics covered in the course. An engaging application called Teaching Phonetics discusses the importance of correct pronunciation for our speech abilities.

Methodology
