Teaching Abroad jobs for native English speakers
People from native English-speaking countries generally do not need a TEFL certification to be hired as a teacher. Nevertheless, teaching English to native English speakers is different from teaching to people whose first language isn’t English. And a TEFL certification not only coaches ESL trainers, but also helps in preparing them to become better teachers, trains them in various teaching methodologies and makes them generally capable of managing a classroom. Native English speakers can teach abroad anywhere since most countries prefer native speakers to non-native speakers.
